Thank you to everyone who came to our Annual Public Meeting for 2025 (and those who couldn’t be there on the night), held at Caterham Baptist Church on Tuesday 28 October. This is our main opportunity in the year to meet up with everyone interested in how and why we operate, and what we’ve achieved over the year with the resources entrusted to us by our donors
The evening included light refreshments, an overview report from our Chair of Trustees, an operational and financial update with time for questions and comments, and a moment of reflection and thanksgiving for the support we’ve received and been able in turn to give out to those in need.
We were also delighted to present a letter of appreciation from our Trustees, on behalf of us all, to David Bryan – the author of the fundraising booklet “10 Walks around Caterham”. We launched that at our 10th anniversary two years ago, and since then it has sold out and raised over £3000 for our Foodbank.
Thank you to everyone who is interested in or associated with the Foodbank, whether or not you could join us for the event.
