Give Help
Donate food
As the cost of living continues to rise, many local people and families need our emergency support. Your generosity will directly help local people.
Up to 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.
Our shopping list on the right shows the food items that we need right now.
WAYS TO GIVE
- Give food online via Bankuet. Your gift, specified for Caterham Foodbank, will enable us to order exactly the food we need for people, when we need it – and Bankuet will deliver it directly to us.
- Donate at Caterham Foodbank collection points below. Please check our most needed list (on right) and please only donate items that are in-date and unopened, as otherwise we’re not able to give them away. Tesco collection points are for in-store shoppers only, as they kindly offer a top-up payment based on items purchased and donated there. Thanks.
- Donate food by using the Spareable app. http://spareable.co.uk Caterham Foodbank has a wish list of food required, and all food purchased on the app will be delivered direct to our warehouse.
- Give a financial donation, which we’ll continue to use where the need is greatest as we support local people.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally we send food to (or exchange items with) other nearby foodbanks to support their work particularly if they experience shortages. This ensures your donations go to help people wherever in the UK they are.
