Our Annual Public Meeting 2026 will be held on Tuesday evening 3 November

We’re looking forwards to holding our Annual Public Meeting for 2026 on Tuesday 3 November, at Caterham Baptist Church (4 Beechwood Road, CR3 6NA). Doors will open, with light refreshments available, from 1830, for a prompt start at 1900. The event should be finished by 2000.

The programme will include an overview and report back on the past year from our Chair of Trustees, Project Manager and Honorary Treasurer. There will also be time for reflection and thanksgiving for all the resources donated to us – and recognition of our longest serving volunteers.

Everyone with an interest in supporting our Foodbank is welcome to attend, including our donors and working partners in the community.
